This presentation is for a redevelopment of an existing old building in the city centre of Amsterdam. For this hotel development we presented a mood impression including some photo realistic 3D visuals for the different areas.

Boutique Hotel Margretha is a historic, authentic, and chic 4-star hotel located in the heart of Zandvoort. Just a five-minute walk from the beach and a 30-minute train ride from Amsterdam Central Station, it offers a perfect blend of coastal relaxation and urban accessibility.

The hotel features six spacious themed suites, each thoughtfully designed with a seating area, dining space, kitchen, king-size bed, air conditioning, smart home technology, and a luxurious bathroom with a rain shower. Some suites go even further in luxury, offering amenities such as a private terrace, a separate bedroom, or a jacuzzi for an extra touch of indulgence.

Sustainability is a top priority at Boutique Hotel Margretha. During its renovation, forward-looking measures were taken to make the hotel energy-neutral, achieving environmental responsibility without compromising the luxurious experience for guests.

Guests have consistently rated the hotel highly, with a score of 9.1, often praising its excellent location, comfort, and modern amenities.

For one of the clients of Interior-Consult the team created a mood presentation for the development of a Beach Resort on one of the isles on the shore of Kenya. Separate from the luxury Resort there is enough space for an adventure village and plots for residential villa’s.

Sometimes clients are wondering what style they should choose or like to combine more than one style for their property. Therefore Interior-Consult created and published their own Styleguide. Next to this we often prepare mood impressions to be detailed in design at a later stage.

Moodboard Resort Kenya

Kenya, one of the most beautiful countries of east Africa. For a Kenyan client and an international hotel group we design this project. This project consist of a Hotel, several exclusive restaurants, a conference centre, a museum, a golf clubhouse, luxuries villa’s and Townhouses.

Cosy Comfort & Bohemian Beach

Commissioned by a Dutch based international leisure rental organisation, Interior-Consult made a study for different styles to be used by there villa resorts. The preferred styles are Cosy Comfort and Bohemian Beach.
